1. Welcome to the bar

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Consent Bar, including the website, digital environments, interactive experiences, memberships, in-world systems and related services.

By accessing or using Consent Bar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The world

Consent Bar is an interactive digital environment. Elements of the world may operate autonomously, including characters, events, music, visual elements and other simulated or AI-assisted behavior.

The world may change over time. Features may be added, removed, modified or discontinued.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring under your account.

You must provide information that is accurate enough for us to operate the service and manage your account.

4. Memberships and payments

Certain features may require a paid membership or other paid access. Prices, billing periods and included features will be shown before purchase.

Memberships may renew automatically when applicable. You may cancel future renewals through the applicable account or billing controls.

Refunds, where available, are handled according to the refund policy presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.

5. In-world Credits

Consent Bar may provide virtual credits or other in-world resources. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these items are virtual and have no cash value outside the service.

Virtual items may be changed, removed or reset as part of the evolution of the world.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Consent Bar, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.

You grant Consent Bar the necessary license to host, process, display and transmit your content for the purpose of providing, securing and improving the service.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Consent Bar to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, attack other users, abuse the infrastructure, impersonate others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users or infrastructure.

8. AI systems

Some interactions and world events may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete or inappropriate. You should not rely on Consent Bar or its AI systems as a substitute for professional advice.

9. Availability

We try to keep the bar open, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, infrastructure failures and other events may temporarily affect access.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate. Your continued use of the service after an update means that you accept the updated Terms.
